I have been certified as a supervisor, coach and organizational developer since 2019. Through many years of personal development and my activity as a coach and supervisor, I work in a process- and solution-oriented manner in order to rediscover the joy and lightness of my clients. Beside my job as head of department for international projects in a non-profit-organisation, my role is to accompany persons from all over the world on their individual path to develop their personality, to realize their professional goals

and reflect new solutions to be developed.
